Food Labelling Training Outline

This course provides an understanding of all elements relating to Australian food labelling requirements. The course has a focus on the soon-to-be-enforced Plain English Allergen Labelling and Health Star Rating changes. It covers the Food Standards Code, ACCC Consumer Law and NMI Trade Measurement requirements. Topics include country of origin requirements, health star ratings, product claims and more.

As this class is taught live with the trainer you will be able to ask specific questions relevant to your products allowing you to directly implement your training into your business.
