This course will address the effective management of foreign bodies in a factory environment. Foreign bodies can include broken glass and hard plastics, broken equipment parts, pests, flaking paint and many common office items and may be introduced through raw materials brought into the factory.
During this course, you will also learn about best practice complaint management systems and quality investigations techniques. It introduces and demonstrates several tools which can be utilised when working through an issue such as customer complaints to get to the root cause of the problem.
This course is part of the QA Accelerator Program. This is a quality assurance career development program that will upskill early career staff in one comprehensive, industry-focused program. This course is open to enrolments for both the public and Accelerator Program students
