Foreign Body Identification & Control - 4 hrs
Foreign bodies in food products are a major cause of customer complaints and recalls. This course will address the effective management of foreign bodies in a factory environment. Foreign bodies can include broken glass and hard plastics, broken equipment parts, pests, flaking paint and many common office items and may be introduced through raw materials brought into the factory.
