This supervisor focused course provides an understanding of due diligence and your role as a foods safety professional to provide safe and legal food and/ or products. Learn or refresh your knowledge of the importance of food safety, Australia’s foods legislation system, basic HACCP principles, allergens, GMP, PPE, pre-requisite programs and more.

Operator Food Safety & HACCP

1 hr
This operator focused induction/refresher training covers food safety requirements and basic principles of HACCP and how it forms the foundation of your food safety and compliance program.

Allergen Management in Food Manufacturing (Supervisor or Operator)

2 hrs or 1 hr
This course is designed for operators or supervisors and provides an overview of allergens and their impact and management in a food manufacturing environment.
