GFSI standards are now requiring annual testing of business continuity, food defence and product recall systems. Quality Associates are experts in scenario-based pressure tests of your systems, providing training to your team to manage these processes and developing them from the ground up.
Pressure Test Length:
The scenarios evolve over a 24 hour period. Not all staff are required for the entire period.

Our bespoke scenarios are set up for your business and evolve over a 24-hour timeframe. The scenario is managed and reviewed by Dr Andreas Klieber, GAICD FAIFST who will also provide a detailed report on improvement opportunities. Key areas reviewed include leadership, understanding of roles, internal and external communications and business systems and processes.
The Pressure Test Simulation
The simulated pressure test will present a rapidly evolving real-life situation that your staff will need to be able to react to. The simulation will test all of your key business systems, policies and procedures in multiple ways. It will address:
- Business Continuity Plan
- Crisis Management Plan
- HR Policies and Procedures
- HACCP Plan and Pre-requisite Programs
- Recall Procedure, Production and Traceability Records

The Test would be run across 2 days – in real-time, with the aim to address all potential situations in as quick a time frame as possible.
Pressure Test Report
The Pressure Test will be scored to deliver tangible and actionable results for your team. The following areas will be scored by our experts.
